This stuff is not for the faint of heart. You must consume at least 128 oz of water daily or you will cramp. If you take your 2nd dose anytime after 2 pm don't even think about sleeping that night. Very power supplement, use caution.

Hi everyone,I had good results with it. But you have to:- Train hard.- Do cardio excercises.- Low fat & carb watch diet.- Quit alcohol.It will definitely give you an extra weight loss. In my case, it was between 25-30% more than usual. It made me felt a little anxious too or like throwing up sometimes. But nothing exagerated if you train hard -as stated before- and drink lots of water. So, it's up to you to give it a try.Regards from Lima-Peru

I had to start off with a lower dosage but once my body got use to it, I loved it!! I would highly reccomend this product as it was reccomended to me for max weight loss. I have only been using it for not even a month and my clothes are already getting baggy!!!!
