helps me with dieting

This definitely helps with my appetite. But.. only once I learned that the appetite suppressant effect is at its maximum about 45 minutes after I take it. Also, I'm not sure it would help me that much if I hadn't already committed to a reduced calorie diet. You still need to watch what you eat etc, but if you are already doing that and want some help during those times you are tempted to cheat, this is an excellent product for that kind of help, IMO. I'm taking two capsules in the morning on empty stomach before breakfast and two capsules before lunch. Though I'm still having problems with wanting to cheat after supper.. I'm concerned it may keep me from sleeping well if I take it late. I am so desperate to lose weight though, think I will start taking two before supper and plan to take Benadryl before bedtime. Lots of pills, I know but this kind of regimen seems like it would be better than going to a weight loss clinic and getting diet drugs which is what I was thinking about. Hopefully that won't be necessary. Crossing fingers. p.s. I have no idea how this brand compares with other Green coffee bean extracts. I noticed they sell this brand on a bodybuilding website and I know how serious and intense bodybuilders can be about weight that I figured they would have put it out of business if it wasn't any good. Bottom line: works for me

Very disappointed

This item arrived in a big ass bottle that had a reprinted label and inside was pills that you can tell had been filled with whatever is in it. I have yet to take any of these pills because I'm not sure what's in the bottle. I have purchased this same product at Vitamin Shoppe but this was not the product just the products label.Please understand that if you purchase the actual product brand that it is a really good product. I just don't advise you to purchase it from this seller.

seems to be working

I hit a plateau in my weight loss after a week weight loss has started back up ... note i do exercise for about 1 hr a day as well
