L-carnitine plus raspberry ketonesl-carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid which plays a vital role to the metabolism of fat. It functions as a transporter of fatty acids into the mitochondria, the metabolic furnace of the cell. It has been established that an adequate supply of L-carnitine is necessary for the maintenance of good health and energy. L-carnitine is necessary for the maintenance of good health and energy. L-carnitine aids in the release of stored body fat, called triglycerides, into the bloodstream for energy. Raspberry ketones (razberi-K) is a ketone unique to the raspberry. One particular constituent, 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) butan-2-one appears to have the potential to support body fat reduction by increasing norepinephrine-induced lipolysis. I read the reviews two weeks ago and ordered a bottle. I was VERY pleasantly surprised how much this product works. I have been exercising, eating very healthy, eliminating sugars, junk foods, counting carbs and calories with slow to moderate success, seriously for three weeks now. When I added this supplement to the equation, IT REALLY helped with moods, binge eating or temptations, and increase energy with alot more focus. Even without losing any weight I would take this product. Like what Dr. Oz said,somehow Raspberry ketones signal the body it is thin by working on the fat cells! Amazing that it does work!!! This is exactly what I needed to attain my goals. I have been trying for over ten years and this is the ticket to great health.I am very thankful for all the people that wrote a review!It is ok to get an aid like this since I am in college but in my fifth decade of life. I only need to lose 15-20 pounds to be in the healthy level of BMI. AND save money by not buying the next size of clothes. Don't delay another day! !!!

I noticed a difference after taking these pills after a few days...took an inch off my waist in 2 wks went from 27 in to 26 in...I do go to the gym but didnt feel this lean before using...so glad I tried Top Secret brand and not any other. For me this product is awesome and I believe it will 100% help me to reach a totally lean fit body. I am not heavy or over weight just want to have a harder, firmer body. It is natural, I would never take something not natural or real diet pills.

Contains 100mg of rasberry ketones. The lastest supplement that everyone is going crazy over since it's mention on the Dr. OZ show. It also contains L-Carnitine which breaks up fat cells and coverts it to energy and it works!
