As a part of a healthier diet/exercise I have committed to over the last four months, I am on my second bottle of Paleo Trim and I know I have experienced increased energy, a boost in my metabolism and yes I believe it's accelerated my fat loss. You have to be committed to eating right and at the very least commit to moderate cardio exercise three to five times a week for 20-30 each time.I really locked my diet down to healthier eating beginning April 1st 2013 and have totally removed anything with added sugar in it such as Soda, Ice Cream, Cakes, cookies, Jams, etc. I Also stopped eating anything fried or breaded which is nearly everything at any fast food place. I have eliminated any alcoholic beverage except for an OCCASIONAL one or two a month, but I am trying to eliminate it completely until I reach my goal weight. I have also reduced the amount of bread products I've used in the past and switched to low carb bread such as Sara Lee Delight and Julian Bakery's "Smart Carb" products and they also have a Paleo version made of almond flour or coconut flour with only 1 impact carb per slice. No I don't work for any of these companies or Briland Brand just wanted to pass along my experiences and products I've come across.Oh and I have been drinking about 120 oz.'s of water a day (8oz short of a gallon). My exercise has been 3-5 times a week of running/jogging 1.5 to 2.5 miles and hiking up a local lets call it hill of 4.5 miles up and down at a strong pace. I would recommend this product as apart of a healthy diet with exercise built in. I Don't think it will do much if you just pop the pills although you may experience the increased energy part. Since April 1st, I have lost 16lbs of fat and since December I've lost a total of about 31lbs.Hope this helps and good luck to all who are going to start or have started making better healthier decisions for yourself and family.

I started taking the paleo trim last month and have not completed my bottle yet. I have been taking the daily dose and have noticed the energy I have when I get my day started. I work from 8 to 5 and come home and workout 30 minutes. I could have just come home and dropped from and busy day. I have also noticed because of my improved workout I sleep better. I rated this product a 4 because I haven't finished my bottle and I know that the exercise has contributed with my results. Oh yeah, my results are that I am loosing weight with a natural product and natural exercise lolI would recommend this to others

I would recommend this product, I have been using it for awhile now and find it to be really helping in my weight loss effort.
