The thing I liked about this brand is that each capsule contains 800mg of green coffee bean extract. I tried another brand before this without realizing that it took two pills to get one serving and even then each capsule was 500 mg so I was taking more than I needed. Regardless, though I took the recommended dosage for over a month (2+ months total counting the other brand) and in that time I haven't gained or lost any weight. I guess its good that I didn't gain!I've had better results with green tea extract and yohimbine; Yohimbine HCL 90 Capsules + Green Tea Extract 60 Capsules With FREE Pure Caffeine Powder 25 Grams. I took them for a five week period back in March of this year. The green coffee bean extract reminded me of those supplements, but not as good as it turns out.I felt some appetite suppressant effects but when I was taking the green tea extract, I specifically noticed that I wasn't having cravings during the certain times of the day like I'm prone to. And more than anything else I lost twice as much weight while taking the green tea and yohimbine pills. To be fair, I also was more focused with my nutrition and diet but still if I had to choose I would probably not choose the green coffee bean supplement again.

I followed the directions to the letter and used the entire bottle. I gave it one star because it had no negative effect on my health but it had absolutely no positive effect either.

Although this product uses Dr. Oz name next to it when the page comes up, it does not contain the ingredients Dr. oz recommends. This company also does not list this product on their website to get more information on the ingredients. I took this for two weeks andi I am not sure what I was ingesting. Go to Dr. Oz website to find out what ingredients need to be listed on the label for the right green coffee bean extract.
