Best thing I have ever tried for losing weight! I have been using the product less than 1 week, but in five days I lost 2.5 pounds. I don't get hungry as often, and I am eating less. I tried a prescription drug several years ago and ended up in the hospital, but there have been no side effects with this product at all! I feel better and I'm looking forward to using the Super African Mango 1200 after 7 days of using African Mango Cleanse.

It's just ok...not really any weight loss, but it did clean me out...slowly. I would choose something else next time.

I like the product EXCEPT for a side affect - back pains. I read up on the product and it was a possible affect and it took me a few dosages to realize it was coming from this product. Maybe others have not experience this but if you have and cannot figure out why.. Stop taking this item and the pain should go away.
