When I first place my order for this product, I was, to say the least, extremely skeptical, not only because of the product and what it promise it could do, but also for the difference in price compare to other sites I found within Amazon.com. But I am very happy to say, they convince me with a very wonderful product, and a great value and price. My energy level has shot through the roof, I am more regular and less hungry (that's my favorite part) since the mix thickens nicely and deliciously, it fills me up and when by the time I start to eat my portions are smaller because I get full a lot faster. I couldn't be happier.

So, let me start out with saying that our physician suggested this to my mom when she lamented that riding her bike 10 miles a day was doing nothing for weight loss. Since the doctor liked it, she bought it, and weight shes had since I was a toddler (I'm the youngest of 5) started slowly disappearing. She told everyone about it, so now my mom, Godmother, aunt and I are doing along with several people from work (my dad and I work at the same plant). All I can say is wow. My mom has lost 26 pounds, my Godmother has lost 13 pounds, my aunt has lost 20 pounds and I've lost 5 (I just started it a few weeks ago). Now don't get me wrong, the weight doesn't just fall off, it's a slow process, but it DEFINITELY comes off. It doesn't taste bad either which is nice, but you definitely need the shaker cup. Another plus, we all have tons more energy and it seems to cut down on cravings.

I had a baby about 3 months ago and have been trying hard at healthy diet and exercise to lose the extra baby weight. I had hit a wall with traditional methods and needed something to break through the stubborn barrier. I have been using Bios Life Slim for about 2 weeks now. I mix it with fat free milk twice a day before lunch and dinner. I stepped on the scale yesterday and was surprised to see that I had lost 5 pounds. Thanks to Bios Life Slim along with healthy lifestyle, I have been able to break through a barrier in my weightloss goals and keep on track. I did buy the shaker cup for $4.50 because of the reviews I read on this page. I have to say that it is not really necessary. Buying a liquid tupperware container at Wal-mart for $1.50 produces the same result and it has measurements on the side just like the shaker cup. Save yourself the $3.00. Excellent Product! I don't feel hungry throughout the day between meals and I have plenty of energy!
